If I could get away with it, I’d just let the photos speak for themselves. But you don’t know me, maybe. Perhaps you are curious. So, here goes.

I find myself living once again in San Francisco after a four-year interlude galavanting around Europe. There, I wised up, buckled down and began to pursue photography full time. If I had to describe it, I guess I’d call my style modern, loose and that of a storyteller. I prefer to keep in the background and capture life’s moments as they unfurl naturally, rather than stepping in to pose or control the scene. For me, it’s important to document not just the action as it unfolds, but all the little details of what it means to be there. And once the shooting is done, I take great care to craft a narrative of the day so that you walk away with not just a set of pictures, but a collection of memories you can relive all over again.

Though I shoot primarily in digital, I love alternative and low-fi types of photography and have an arsenal of polaroid, instant and traditional 35mm film cameras to keep things interesting and my curiosity sated.  If you have a project in mind, or you just stumbled here and like what you see please feel free to drop me a line. I’d love to hear from you.

Thanks for stopping by.  I hope you like what you see here.
